Watchtower puts your live cameras on one screen. You can promote any camera to the main view, watch one fullscreen, switch between units, and hide the chrome for a cleaner look. Here's how each piece works.
When you sign in, every active camera at your unit shows at once. The large tile across the top is the main view; the row underneath holds the thumbnails.
Only the main view streams fully live. Thumbnails update with a fresh frame every 5 seconds — that saves your unit's cellular data, which is why you'll notice them tick instead of move smoothly.
Tap or click a thumbnail and it instantly becomes the main view. The previous main view goes back to the thumbnail strip — your other cameras keep playing the whole time.
In the bottom-right corner of every tile there's a small fullscreen button (four corner arrows). Tap it to fill your whole screen with that camera. Press Esc — or tap the close button — to exit.
If your account has more than one unit, the picker at the top of the page shows the current one. Click it to open the list and pick another. Each unit shows a status: a green dot means the unit is reachable, a gray dot means it's still trying.
Click Focus in the toolbar (or press F) and the top bar plus the footer fade away — just your cameras, edge to edge. Press F again or Esc to bring the controls back.
Auto-cycle rotates the main view through your cameras automatically — handy for hands-off monitoring.
Refresh restarts every stream from scratch. Useful after a cellular blip if a tile seems stuck.
All Live temporarily streams motion on every thumbnail instead of still frames. It uses more data, so it auto-reverts after a couple of minutes.
Watchtower automatically pauses the live feed after a few minutes of viewing so your unit's cellular plan doesn't burn through data while a tab sits open. When that happens you'll see a Resume streaming button — tap it whenever you want to keep watching.
